Blood Sugar Test: Bananas vs Candy Bars



one of the things i like to do when i test my blood sugar is to set of contrasts sometimes i test myself with a

my car food and then the next day and have the same exact condition

i'll test myself about an hour after eating a low card food

now in this test i'm going to contrast to

hi car foods

but there are two very different foods

actually we really couldn't call this have fooled good we hit the most people would call it candy but it is something people put in their mouths

you don't realize is a bananas have a lot of sugar

and then again after one hour at the thirty minute mark in my blood sugar had reason to a whopping one ninety to clearly these two

bananas as we're doing a real number on my blood sugar at the one hour mark and my blood sugar head reason even higher now it's stood did to twenty to about the highest i could never remember

so it and it was all do that to harmless looking vitamin and mineral filled pretty

now to bananas wow what will the candy bars due to meet tomorrow

oh it's one day later and i'm still in shock over that

the number that i received from eating those two bananas i knew what would raise my blood sugar i did not know it we would raise it that much it went from one was six
