If you want a healthy and healthy skin, it is important that you use skin care that is adapted to your skin's needs. But how do you know which skin type you have then? Calm, we help you!
No skin is the other body and its needs also change depending on time of year - and time in life. What we all have in common, regardless of skin type, is that the right choice of skin care is a basic rule for well-being and balanced skin.
Keep in mind that a dry skin type can also look glossy, and an oily skin type can also feel dry. Therefore, be careful to distinguish between skin type and skin condition when building your wardrobe with skin care products. The easiest way to find out which skin type you have is to clean your face and then inspect the skin.
Normal skin
Characteristics: A normal skin type has smooth pores that are neither diminished nor enlarged on any part of the face portions. The skin feels soft, supple and comfortable, while not having any tendency to become shiny or tight. It is usually said that the skin is in balance. This is because a normal skin has a balanced sebum production, that is, the skin has an even distribution of fat and moisture.
Skin Care for Normal Skin: Maintain the high moisture content of the skin with moisturizing skin care products. Increase the chance of maintaining a normal and healthy skin for a long time by using day cream with sun protection factor.Remember: Usually, the skin's own production of natural oils decreases over the years. Then add extra moisturizing so that the skin does not become dry.
Dry skin
Characteristics: Dry skin type can feel tight, especially after you have cleaned your face. It is also characterized by the fact that the skin is fine-pored, sometimes the pores are barely visible. The skin can also be scaly or rough, sometimes it can even itch. This is because the skin lacks both moisture and fat.
Skin care for dry skin: Use products that are deeply moisturizing and preferably nutritious. Often dry skin tends to be sensitive, therefore soothing or cooling skin care with, for example, aloe vera may be preferable. Dry skin type often feels particularly good at treating with facial oil.
Keep in mind: Water is dehydrating when it comes from the outside, and preferably choose a facial cleanser in milk form that you do not need to rinse off with water. Use face peeling 1-2 times a week to help the skin remove dead skin cells and excess skin, which is especially important for dry skin. A well-cleaned skin facilitates the skin to take care of subsequent skin care.
Fat skin
Characteristics: An oily skin type has overproduction of fat in the sebaceous glands and therefore becomes easily glossy and glossy. Often, the pores are large and enlarged, it is not quite unusual with pimples, blemishes or blackheads.
Skin Care for Oily Skin: Use skin care that is moisturizing, easily absorbed and has balancing properties. Generally, this type of skin care is somewhat thinner and lighter in consistency, perhaps even in gel form, which often has both absorption capacity and feeling to do.
