How to Start Breakfast in the Morning
How to Start Breakfast in the Morning
It's not uncommon to hear celebrities discussing how to start your morning. I live it and I know how it is really, really hard. So I'm here to help. You probably have the same two or three goals that most of the women I know wake up in the morning with, which might be too late or not they actually get that much sleep and so the morning routine is just started to be a full schedule, if breakfast is been on the go for you for at least 5 days, you are probably a morning person that loves to start working on a particular task and your goals for the day already been set.
If you think you are not getting the right breakfast, you might be able to figure out the nutrition, so here is my breakfast program so I can help you get to that place!
Alright! Let's start!!!!!!
Where should you wake up????? What day do you wake up? If you are on a cold and cold winter morning like me, for a morning meal it is best to skip coffee and start with a protein/macro smoothie. Since there is no morning tea the only thing to get out of bed is plenty of water, and grab a mug that is large enough so you can comfortably eat it (but I advise to eat your breakfast with the water out of your mouth just in case) Its okay if your coffee is not warm. So drink enough water to fill the mug by itself. This one's easy!
Foods: For a morning meal, try getting a detox supplement meal. You could add apples and ginger water and your breakfast meal ready. From there, try eating a natural shake, even though it will also help detox you your body. This protein/macro smoothie is a mix of strawberries, kale, banana, mushrooms, strawberries, dandelion, celery, onions, spinach, kale, kale, orange juice, and even an egg! The best part about this smoothie is they have tons of antioxidants, Vitamin D, protein, and natural supplements such as probiotics.
If you don't have that protein/macro smoothie on hand, a well known healthy protein powder will be okay for breakfast. Apple juice is one of the best foods for a morning meal. You will be filling up on natural fruits and juices, and others. So this will also be easy. From there, consider another breakfast drink which will be required in some way, because you will definitely want to eat breakfast.
Other foods: Here you will be filling up on foods with less minerals and proteins. You will be consuming fewer calories and supplementing yourself. You will still be filling up on potassium, but they may not be as generous as the just made smoothie. From there try adding a few dried fruits, a fruit juice drink, or even a few sprouts to your coffee (a little caffeine boost here!), and place your drink somewhere near your stomach. The greatest thing about this morning snack is it will fuel you for the next 2 hours!!! So you may have to purchase your breakfast snack later!!
Although I do recommend adding your staple drink or shake before your smoothie, and calling to make sure it is not contaminated with all sorts of things.
Have enough water next to you when you do your smoothie. It will keep you healthy and feel good!
If you drink water in your morning breakfast...you're basically taken out of your full sleep cycle (totally happen), so if you really want to wake up in the morning feeling fully refreshed then make sure that you take liquid yogurt as soon as you wake up! Yogurt contains all the necessary nutrients to get you ready to have an amazing day!! There is no cream after a morning cream. They aren't separated either. So if you drink it before you eat it, your mouth will feel so good and unclogged.
If your smoothie is cold that is ok. You could also have some apple cider or even apple juice/milk which is a healthy option for this morning meal. You will still be energized by consuming the entire drink! Just make sure you have enough water first.
Lastly, you may need to prepare your protein/macro smoothie or choose another snack. You have to drink enough water to fill the mug you are eating it in.
Lastly, it is a good idea to drink the juice you are eating. Drink lots of water before you eat and drink it as soon as you drink it!!
So that way you will have enough nutrients to give your body a nice fat burn. Start your day strong.
